[Tensor] [EXTERNAL] Next tensor rungroup meeting Tuesday March 21 at 4pm

Good morning,

I've attached a few plots and documents for tomorrow's meeting regarding the run plan.  If you look at nothing else, the gannt_PAC_v1.png is an overview of when I (roughly) expect each of the events to occur. Please take a look at this as it's particularly important for making sure that I'm estimating our overhead time correctly, and that'll be what my focus will be on tomorrow.

The RunPlan.txt contains a list of my assumptions at the very beginning that went into the creation of these charts, and has a time summary of physics and overhead at the very end.

Note this new time was chosen after Ellie put in considerable time to try to find the slot which accommodated the most collaborators.  I sincerely apologize if the time is not convenient for all.  If this is the case, and you would otherwise participate in the meetings please let me know so that we can figure out how to keep you included (We could alternate times each week for example)
