In general, the pattern was top cup, bottom cup, two C+He runs, two C-no
He ones, anneal. SANE took about 20 of each kind of C runs, about 1/2 h
long each.

One thing to consider is that for b1, packing fraction stability is
important to control systematics, so some scheme to track pf changes
between anneals might need to be devised or, better, make targets of
measurable thickness, like disks, which would avoid having to rely on
modeling pf's with C targets, etc.
