[Testlablcwusers] Energizing MOLLER TM4 in Test Lab from 2/2/2026 to 2/20/2026

Hi Phil, John and others,

We plan to energize MOLLER TM4 magnet at the Test Lab from 2/2/2026 to 2/20/2026. The energization will be on and off. TM4 is a large magnet. We will need, during energization, all of the flow rate  that the Test Lab LCW system can supply.
