[Tgun] [New Logentry] T-Gun: HV Processing

We attempted to HV process the t-gun. After reaching 80 kV, two vacuum and low level radiation spikes were noted to occur around the same time as two PSS trips of unknown causes. After recovering the vacuum and re-establishing communication with the barely functioning software, we began stepping the voltage back up to 80 kV. At 65 kV a much larger vacuum and radiation spike took place and the software cut communication with the HV supply. This trip did not involve the PSS system, but some other failure in the software or HV system. 

Functioning software is required for future operations of this gun and understanding the previous PSS faults would be helpful as well.

There is currently 66 kV being applied and the vacuum is decreasing. The plan is to soak at this voltage overnight to see what vacuum levels we attain and to see that the software/supply will stay on for that long without some fault.
