Ladies and Gentlemen:

With the large number of visitors, several of you have suggested it
would be timely to have a theory group meeting. Furthermore, while it is
not yet our regular seminar "season", it might be useful to resume an
occasional Cake Seminar on Wednesdays, focusing on reports from the
summer conferences. So let's meet at 3:00 p.m. next Wednesday (July 28)
in L104 for a group meeting, followed by the first of the conference
reports:

Jose Goity: Chiral '10, Valencia
David Richards: International Nuclear Physics Conference, Vancouver.

The aim here will be to summarize the highlights (and perhaps
low-lights) of the conferences.
