Title: Unitary multichannel parameterization of partial-wave amplitudes 
for pi N reactions

Abstract: The “KSU model” for parameterization of partial-wave 
amplitudes is multichannel, inclusive
of multiple resonances and background, and is consistent with S-matrix 
unitarity. We extracted
new partial-wave amplitudes for pi-p->eta n and pi- p -> K0 Lambda 
through energy-independent partialwave
analyses and incorporated the amplitudes into the KSU model. The global 
energy-dependent
fit from the model also included data (amplitudes) from reactions pi N-> 
piN, piN->pipiN, and
gamma N -> pi N. The final global fit generated smooth energy-dependent 
amplitudes allowing us to
extract N* resonance parameters. I will present the single-energy fit 
results for pi N-> eta N and
pi N-> K Lambda and will also discuss the global energy-dependent fit 
results including the resonance
parameters. Finally, I will show predictions of some observables from 
the results of our global
energy-dependent solution.
