title: JIMWLK evolution: from principles to NLO.

Abstract: I review the ideas behind JIMWLK equation - the evolution
equation for hadronic observables at high energy. I also discuss the
recently derived NLO corrections to the evolution, and in this context pay
special attention to conformal symmetry of (tree level) QCD.
