Hello,

We are tentatively planning a network equipment upgrade for the A and B wings of CEBAF Center on Wednesday, November 9 from 5-7PM. Before I make an announcement and finalize plans I wanted to check with you and make sure that there weren't any planned meetings, phone conferences, or other conflicts on the calendar for that evening.

During that two hour window there will be no network, wireless network, or phone service in the A and B wings. The rest of CEBAF center will be unaffected. After the equipment upgrade, there should be no noticeable differences.

Please let me know if you are aware of any conflicts and I will reschedule as needed.

Nathan: This is the equipment adjacent to your office, so we will be staging equipment in and out after 5pm on that day.
