[Theory-seminars] theory and cake seminars

Dear all,

there will be _no cake seminar today_.
Soon we will send a new doodle poll to organize the next rounds of cake 
seminars.

We are also organizing the theory seminars for next year. Please let us 
know if you have any suggestion.
