Abstract:
In view of the growing need for meaningful comparisons of observables
computed from different parametrizations of parton distribution
functions (PDFs), we discuss recent developments in the systematic
determination of PDF uncertainties.  Ongoing work on the application of
Bayesian techniques and Monte Carlo methodologies to this problem will
be reviewed.
