Building the Dynamical Diquark Model for Exotic Hadrons

Wednesday, June 27 - 1:00pm - CEBAF Center, Room F326-327
- 1:00pm: Gustavo Alcalà (U. Simon Bolivar) - Using a Quadrupole Deformed Generalized Woods-Saxon plus Spin-Orbit Potential to Describe the Unpolarized and Polarized Interaction 7Li+12C at 34 MeV   
- 1:30pm: Paul Vaandrager (U. of Pretoria) -  Determining resonances and other relevant scattering parameters from experimental cross-sections for non-relativistic two-body Coulomb scattering

Gustavo and Paul received the JSA/HUGS International Fellowship for graduate students in developing countries (http://epistemia.nucleares.unam.mx/web?name=JSAHUGS&page=87 <http://epistemia.nucleares.unam.mx/web?name=JSAHUGS&page=87>).
They are visiting our group to create and reinforce collaborations. Each will present a 30 minutes seminar.
