Dear all,

Tomorrow we will hold our 2nd (Remote) Cake Seminar.
As Astrid precisely noted on Friday, “the cake is a lie<https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/the_cake_is_a_lie>”, but everyone is welcome to join for a virtual coffee break at 12:40, to keep up the spirit of the Cake Seminar series. The seminar starts at 13:00.

Please see below for the details:

Title: Constraining Hadronic Resonance Form Factors
Abstract: Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) has a rich spectrum of states that in principle could be more complex than the conventional quark model allows, for example tetraquark or hadronic molecular states. Since most of these states appear as short-lived resonances, placing constraints on their structure is difficult. However, a recent formalism would allow for the extraction of amplitudes that contain information on resonant elastic form factors from lattice QCD. Building on this work, I present a model-independent framework for extracting these form factors from two-body hadronic scattering amplitudes interacting with a single external current.

See you all there!
