*Jorge Martin Camalich* (University of La Laguna) will talk about
"Implications of lepton universality violation in B-meson decays".

*Abstract:*
I will give an overview of the current status of discrepancies with the SM
that appear in B-meson decays and which would imply a breakdown of lepton
universality in nature.
In particular, I will describe the implications of the new measurements of
$R_K$ and $B_q \to mu^+mu^-$.
