Hello All,
Tomorrow, at 1:00 PM (EST), Fernando E. Serna will give our next (virtual) theory seminar. Fernando's seminar will be held virtually on our usual ZoomGov link: https://jlab-org.zoomgov.com/j/1611179843?pwd=M09CNTFpbFVZSW1IQlhIMGp3RUVHUT09
Please see below for the title and abstract.
Theory Seminar
Monday, March 13th at 1:00 PM
Fernando E. Serna (Universidad de Sucre)
will discuss "Meson Distribution Amplitudes from Bethe-Salpeter Wave Functions"
Abstract:
Hadron light-cone distribution amplitudes (LCDAs) were introduced four decades ago in the context of QCD description of hard exclusive reactions. These nonperturbative and scale-dependent functions can be understood as the closest relative of quantum mechanical wave functions in quantum field theory. Within a continuum functional method to QCD, I will discuss some important results related with the LCDAs of light and heavy-light pseudoscalar mesons and also present new results for vector mesons which are comparable with Lattice QCD calculations.
See you tomorrow!
