      An Euclidean path-integral formulation of the hadronic tensor <br>

      is reviewed where the connected and disconnected sea parsons are

      separated.<br>

      I shall discuss how to calculate them on the lattice and will

      discuss <br>

      how the evolution equations should be modified to accommodate both

      the<br>

      connected and disconnected sea partons to facilitate comparison

      with <br>

      lattice calculation of the moments.<br>
