<div class="">you may have experienced problems with your jlab email since it was moved to Office 365. </div>


<div class="">You may even not be aware than you haven’t received some emails. </div>

<div class="">After being convinced that I was missing emails, I finally found a way to retrieve them. </div>


<div class="">They were going into ‘quarantine’ (not in spam, emails there are visible). </div>


<div class="">Here is the link to access to you quarantine folder: </div>

<div class="">Once you have identify senders that may (for some unknown reasons) go to this hidden quarantine folder, </div>


<div class="">you will need to include them in the ‘safe senders list’. </div>
