jet substructures in terms of energy flow and light-ray operators offers new means to study the dynamics of QCD jets. In this talk, I will present a theoretical framework developed for studying energy correlators at high-energy colliders. I will demonstrate
how they can be used to probe the intrinsic and emergent scales of QCD, providing numerous interesting phenomenological applications.
