<b><u>Abstract</u></b>: The Large Hadron Collider beauty (LHCb) collaboration’s discovery of pentaquarks has revitalized research in heavy exotic baryon spectroscopy. We study hidden-charm pentaquark states using an off-shell coupled-channel formalism involving
heavy meson and singly heavy baryon scattering, employing an effective Lagrangian that respects both heavy quark spin symmetry and hidden local symmetry. This talk focuses on the production of hidden-charm pentaquark states with strangeness ranging from
<i>S</i> = 0 to <i>S</i> = -3. Key results include: six negative parity and two positive parity
<i>Pcc̅ </i> states, explaining the absence of a <i>Pcc̅</i> signal in <i>J/ψ</i> photoproduction by GlueX; eight negative parity and three positive parity
<i>Pcc̅s </i>states, with <i>Pcc̅s</i>(4459) potentially resulting from two poles (one narrow, one broad) similar to the past
<i>Pcc̅</i>(4450) case; and predictions of eight <i>Pcc̅ss</i> and two <i>Pcc̅sss</i> states. These findings elucidate known pentaquark properties, guide future experimental searches, and extend our understanding of exotic hadron production. </div>
