Dear Will and co,

I am a little confused by the 'generations'.  My understanding is that 
particles produced by the primary electron beam are 'first generation', 
particles produced by those are 2nd gen, etc.  How do you count photons 
created at the radiator by the primary radiator?  Are they 0th gen or 
1st gen?  Are particles created by those photons 1st gen or 2nd?
