[Tpe] positron annihilation

Dear TPE folks,

I just took a quantitative look at positron annihilation in the TPE beam 
line and posted the results in the ENOTE.

Summary: It is not a problem.  The effect is about 10-3 at the E_e+ = 
0.5 GeV and decreases as 1/E.
