[Tpe] more vertex plots

Hi Mauri,
               I'm seeing similar results in other runs.  (plots located -> http://www.jlab.org/~rpb/tpe/misc/)
 root files are located here : /w/work5805/rpb/pass0/v9/H2ROOT
I am going to see if I can identify any elastic events in these runs today.

Full and Empty target events (1 file each from runs 66162 and 66165).

Notice target windows should be at -45 and -15, the two peaks at -65ish and +20 are the cooling and the entrance of the helium bag respectively

Ntuples location is in my home dir, names full.hbook/root and empty.hbook/root.
Bos files are at /work/clas/disk1/tpe if you want to take a look.
