[Tpe] TPE trigger

Dear Sergey,

Following Valery's suggestion, we would like to try the following trigger:
1) (high threshold calorimeter && TOF1) && (opposite sector TOF1 || TOF2 
|| TOF3)
That is our current trigger, but with a higher EC threshold (probably 60/60)
and add
2) (low threshold EC && TOF1) && (opposite sector TOF2 || TOF3)
where low threshold is the minimum ionizing 20/60
