Dear TPEers,

We need to prepare for the readiness review.  I suggest that we divide 
up the topics as follows:
  1) ODU
  2,9) John A
  3) Brian
  4) ODU
  5) ODU
  6-7) ODU and others
  8) ODU, Will

We are also running simulations looking to reduce the tagger radiation 
dose by a factor of four to 16.  Four should be easy, 16 is probably hard.

Dear Larry,

Tentatively, May 26 or May 27 look most promising as the review date. I
will prepare a charge, but here are some of the questions to address:

1) Best estimate of operational luminosity compared to proposal,
explanation how you got there from test run results
2) How competitive will the results be with Olympus projected data
3) Are systematics fully under control
4) Estimate of  DC and TOF occupancies
5) Expected dose on tagging scintillators, energy and timing - what
remedy, if applicable?
6) Technical support required from Hall B staff
7) Additional hardware needed for shielding, target, magnets, etc.
8) When can experiment be ready given that FROST will run until late July
9) If experiment will run as currently scheduled what is the impact
10) .......
