[Tpe] Talks for the review

Dear TPEers.

Here are the talks I suggest that we give for the readiness review in 
less than two weeks.

1) Physics overview
     physics impact
     competition

2) Experimental method
     test run configuration
     data analysis and test run results
     systematic uncertainties

3) simulation
     new shielding
     radiation dose
         tagger
         tagger vacuum window
     detector occupancies
     maximum luminosity

4) Beam line devices
     sparse fiber monitor
     dense fiber monitor (AKA photon beam profiler)
     calorimeter
     quartz monitors

We can also move the data analysis and systematics to the end of the 
presentations, and combine the experimental method and test run config 
with talk 3.

John A will give the first talk, I suggest Brian for the 2nd, Rob or I 
will do the 3rd and Will can do the 4th.
