[Tpe] Tungsten parts for TPE

Dear Dave,

Thanks!  We will definitely want the 4"x4"x8" block for the clean-up 
collimator.  We are now simulating the Moller catcher to see the effect 
of lead vs tungsten.  We'll have an answer this week.
