[Tpe] Fwd: [Hallb-engineering] TPE installation

Dear Dave,

We will be happy to help.  We will have a lot of people on-site for 
those two weeks.  However, our first priority will be the tagger 
hodoscope removal.  If that goes as planned, we should be able to 
contribute a lot of help to stacking shielding.  The longer it takes, 
the less we'll be able to help with other tasks.
