[Tpe] max beam current

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the response. Once we have the COO, ESAD, RSAD, and
TPE-specific docs prepared, we will hopefully submit these documents
to the appropriate individual (Dennis Skopik?). I'm not sure if we
have to have a separate approval process for the beam current with
radcon for the experiment?
