[Tpe] TPECal nomenclature

Dear Mauri,

We have been numbering them 1,1 to 1,6, then 2,1 to 2,6 ... then 5,1 to 
5,1 where the first number is the layer and the second is the column.  I 
forget whether column 1 is beam left or right; Rob can check.
