[Tpe] trigger

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the second trigger, coincidence between EC and TOF panel 2 ?

Also, I recommend some other trigger, prescaled:

1: any TOF panel in one sector and any in the opposite sector (prescaled)
2a: CC trigger in the functioning sectors 
and / or
2b: CC+EC trigger where CC is functioning

2 will help us with lepton ID.
