That should be
TOF Sec 1 Panel 2 AND TOF Sec 4 Panel 2
TOF Sec 2 Panel 2 AND TOF Sec 5 Panel 2
TOF Sec 3 Panel 2 AND TOF Sec 6 Panel 2

Note that Panel 2 is defined as TOF detectors 24-30 covering angles from 
45 to 60 (approx).
