[Tpe] TPE installation update

Hi All,
	Another great day of knocking things off the todo list.  In fact, we 
are so far ahead on things that can be done by physicist that we now 
have folks standing around with nothing to do.  So for tomorrow 
(Tuesday), after I check in with Doug down in the hall we will meet in 
the cafeteria at 9:00 AM to lay out people's assignments. If we don't 
need the help in the hall then folks should continue with 
simulation/calibration/etc.
	Knocked off the list today:
*Mini-torus is installed and surveyed into position.
*Target is installed and surveyed in pulled-back position.
*Power lines are partially done for the chicane.
*TPECal table is installed.
*Electronics and cable work has begun for the TPECal.  This may be a 
bottleneck item and something we need to keep on top of.

Minor hiccup: The steel shield wall looks like it needs to have some 
notches cut into it so that the side flaps will open up.  We'll figure 
this out in the morning.
