[Tpe] TPE and VCS

Dear Folks,

Moskov Amarian and I just compared the TPE and Hermes DVCS luminosity.
Relative to Hermes, we have 10^-8 beam current and 10^9 target
thickness. Our beam energies are lower (and nonmonochromatic) and our
acceptance has a larger forward-angle hole. However, it is quite
possible that there is some useful data. We will need to detect all
three final state particles, e'p and gamma.

Perhaps someone can extract a useful beam charge asymmetry measurement
from our data.

Fortunately, we do not need to worry about this now, since we
automatically take this data with our trigger and keep it with our data
skimming. But if anyone (especially not already in the TPE group) is
interested in this data ...

				Larry
