[Tpe] target collimator

Hi All,
Please comment on this design.

We know the tittle is wrong its not a calorimeter but a collimator.
We know there is a cross hatch error on the stainless steel ring item 2
We will add a note about a slight press fit between item 2 and item 1

I guess the main things are the ID's and lengths of Item 1.
