[Tpe] TPE Schedule

Dear Volker and Dennis,

Here is our proposed schedule for the rest of the run.  I am assuming 
reasonable running conditions.  If there are major unexpected downtimes, 
then we will need more time to complete the program.

We need to do the following:

    * Two final magnet polarity combinations, full torus field, 2.5 days
      each, 750 M events each
    * Two torus polarities, 1/2 torus field, 1.5 days each, 375 M events
      each
    * 2.2 GeV e- on target, 24 hours (including tuning and torus flip)


This gives a total of 9 days, starting from 0800 16 Feb (today). That 
would extend to 0800 25 Feb (Friday). We are scheduled to finish on 24 
Feb, but there is little reason to turn the beam off at midnight.

We will shorten the two final magnet combinations from 750 M to 650 M 
events each so we have a little extra time for contingencies. This gives 
the following schedule:

2/16 0800 start of Torus -, PairSpec+ running
2/17 0800 beam studies, flip torus polarity to +, tune for 2.2 GeV
2/17 1500 2.2 GeV beam available
2/17 2300 flip torus polarity back to -
2/18 0800 tune for 5.5 GeV beam
2/18 1200 5.5 GeV beam
2/19 2000 reduce torus current to 750 A
2/21 0800 flip torus polarity to +
2/22 2000 increase torus current to 1500 A
2/25 0800 end run
