Dear Folks,

At the morning meeting the accelerator group warned us that they were 
rapidly running out of spares for the BPM lock in amplifiers.  Those are 
located in the rack next to iocptarg on the space frame (they are beam 
left.  iocptarg is in the most upstream rack with the accelerator amps 
next to it).

We built concrete and lead shielding around those racks and placed a 
bunch of TLDs to monitor the radiation levels.  See the log book for 
more info.  Doug should have pictures of the shielding up sometime 
tomorrow on his picture page.

This could be a show stopper.  If necessary, we will figure out how to 
add more shielding later.  However, we are limited by the 250 pounds per 
square foot that the floor can take.
