[Tpe] PANIC Slides

Hi Robert,

The PANIC talk looks good. I was unable to open the RC talk (file not
found). My only major concern is that the talk maybe too long to cover
everything on the slides.

Here are just a few minor the comments for your first set of slides
(PANIC talk):

Slide 2: consider "Form Factors" instead of "Formfactors"

Slide 3: "in tact" -> "intact"

Slide 3: consider "helicity conserving" and "helicity non-conserving"
instead of "spin flip" etc.

Slide 6: consider highlighting Pt, Pl and GE, and GM in the equations
to see their relationships easily

Slide 6: Remove "and" from "Scatter polarized electrons and o ff of an
un polarized proton target"

I hope these small comments are helpful.
