[Tpe] plots shown during OLTWG meeting today

Hi Dennis,

At today's OLTWG meeting, I showed plots with very few statistics for
sectors 5 and 6. It turns out there was a bug in my code (indexing
issue), which is now fixed. The plots have been revised (not much has
changed in the overall appearance and trends of things we saw this
morning) and are in the same place on the wiki:
