[Tpe] more plots from half torus and zero torus runs

Hi Puneet,

    No torus current = no charge separation.  I am not even sure how tracking would identify electrons in the data without zero torus and no CC.

There are new plots on the wiki for the timing issue from half torus
current and zero torus current runs. Please note that there were no
positrons obtained for the zero torus current runs for reasons
unknown.
