[Tpe] more plots from half torus and zero torus runs

That brings up an interesting point.  It is probably some tracking "feature", that assumes the trigger particle is an electron in an electron run.  I checked that the positron is added as a trigger particle in the .tcl file.  

set trigger_particle_s -11;

This seems very troubling for us, since we want to know the relative yields.  Dennis could you comment on this?

True indeed. But I was wondering why it would prefer marking those
particles as electrons over positrons. Just curious.
