[Tpe] changes to the wiki

Hi All,

I've done a little bit of cleanup on our front page of the wiki. There
were far too many things being pushed on the first page of the wiki
which made navigation and finding of information intractable. I've
consolidated several of the
sections and moved things around. Please take a look and let me know
if I have omitted something from any of the sections.
