[Tpe] TPE momentum corrections

Dear Folks,

I looked at Dipak's momentum corrections for positive torus polarity. I
see two effects:
  1) the peak position in sector 4 improves after the correction
  2) none of the widths improve
  3) the correction does not factor into a phi-dependent piece and a
theta-dependent piece (links 69-72 on Dipak's latest page).
  4) the sector 4 correction is very different for link 62 (positive
torus polarity run 67287) and for link 11 (unspecified torus polarity or
run number). Since it is so different I assume that polarity is reversed.

We need a more global approach to all this. Dipak - have you looked at
number of (e,e'p pi+ pi-) events there are?

				Larry
