[Tpe] tpe meeting today

Hi Larry, 

      The main thing I wanted to show today is a study of all of the cuts on the nt10maker ntuples.  I  am able to get back our original ratios (via user_ana -> fill_seb.F) the combination
dc_stat>0 and npart>1.  I seem to lose one or two tracks here and there, but otherwise, I think this really shows the culprit.   I'm happy to go over it today or Thursday.
