[Tpe] test run paper

Hi All,
The paper for the test run is now ready for your review.  Please look it 
over before we go on to ad hoc review. You can get it at

Also just a reminder that we have meetings on Monday and Thursday. 
Usually it is just the FIU and ODU folks but if you want to be included 
let us (Larry or me) know.  The meeting time is now 1:00 both days.
