It is very important to find out asap if the experiment will run this
year. The travel schedules of several people depend on it, and we are
about to spend a lot of money on calorimeter pmt's that we might delay
if the experiment will be in later years.<br>

It is interesting a) that HDIce uncertainties are already known at the
director's level and b) that Primex is still listed as the most likely
experiment to run in its place.<br>
