Our initial estimates (which should be good to a factor 2 or 3) are 5-6
mega-rads for the E counters (all of them).
The reason hall access would be useful would be see if there are any
other options to individually removing the counters, such as shielding
them or moving the entire frame. I am not familiar with the geometry
and have no idea what the possibilities are.
