Tentatively, May 26 or May 27 look most promising as the review date. I
will prepare a charge, but here are some of the questions to address:
1) Best estimate of operational luminosity compared to proposal,
explanation how you got there from test run results
2) How competitive will the results be with Olympus projected data
3) Are systematics fully under control
4) Estimate of DC and TOF occupancies
5) Expected dose on tagging scintillators, energy and timing - what
remedy, if applicable?
6) Technical support required from Hall B staff
7) Additional hardware needed for shielding, target, magnets, etc.
8) When can experiment be ready given that FROST will run until late July
9) If experiment will run as currently scheduled what is the impact
10) .......
