[Trackingml] Meeting time changed

Hi All,

  There was a request to move the trackingML meeting time which is in conflict with some
other schedules. I’ve tentatively changed it to Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm. If you really
want to attend and this time just won’t work for you, let me know and we can look for an
alternative.
