[Tritium] Please sign up to new "Tritium" mail-list for 2017 Run

Dear Tritium Collaborators,

As part of preparing the upcoming 2017 Tritium Run, I have created a new 
email-list "tritium at jlab.org" for us to more conveniently communicate 
among us and organize any activities related the four run-group 
experiment experiment. We have only three months left before beam 
hitting on the Tritium target, and it will be a very busy year. We need 
to start looking into some existing issues and potential issues, discuss 
them and plan ahead before the run-group experiments start running.

I hope you and other collaborators that I don't include here can sign up 
this email-list asap and we will continue sending out updated 
information related to our experiments by using this email-list. Please 
forward this email to whom I don't include in the email.  The first 
thing we will do using this email-list is to organize a pre-experiment 
meeting to discuss the run-plans.
