[Tritium] Prepare for Fall 2018 Run and Wiki page

Dear all,

The Tritium Fall Run will start sooner than you expected. In this fall 
run, we will finish the last two Tritium experiment: x>1 SRC and 
Hypernulear Experiments. We should start planing on all activities 
before and during the experiments.

I have created a dedicated wiki page for the Fall 2018 run, like we did 
in the last two runs. While lots of info we created during the December 
2017 and Spring 2018 runs can be directly adopted, we can also add the 
dedicated commissioning run (and production run as well) for individual 
experiments, in particular the Hypernuclear experiment which will be 
very new.

I understand that folks from the Hypernuclear experiment will come to 
work with our existing Tritium team. Please first ask all of them to 
sign up the email list if they haven't for daily activities during and 
after the experiments. In the future, we will just communicate through 
these email lists (I included all the hypernuclear spokespeople only for 
this time)

The Shift schedule is also available thanks to Doug. Please encourage 
your colleagues and friends to sign up shifts. Note that we have 
additional training requirement related to Tritium safty before signing 
up the shifts. In particular, the Target Operators need a new TO 
training before they can sign up the TO shift.
