[Tritium] Organization of the various tritium meetings

Hi all,

As we had foreseen earlier in the summer, the weekly 'all-hands' tritium meeting is no longer very useful, since most students are working on analysis tasks specific to their particular experiments.

Experiment-specific analysis meetings are already being organized by the analyzers of each experiment.

Therefore, we will no longer hold the weekly Tuesday afternoon tritium meeting.
We will still occasionally organize an 'all hands' tritium meeting, for all tritium students to share highlights of what they have been working on with everyone.
I anticipate these meetings will happen roughly once a month.
I will try to announce the 'all hands' meetings at least a week in advance.

Also, up until the start of the fall run, there will be a weekly meeting with Bogdan to organize preparations in the hall for the next experiments.
Please contact me or Florian if you would like to participate in the hall preparations and join this meeting.
